The Museum of Ashe County History – Jefferson

Ben Long’s Frescoe Paintings adorn the walls of two High Country churches, St. Mary’s located in West Jefferson NC and Holy Trinity located in Glendale Springs NC, both are small Episcopalian churches. These religious frescoes are viewed by thousands of visitors every year. These two churches are open daily year-round and are donations only. no fees are charged. Donations, however, are greatly appreciated.
